乳腺康巴布剂提取工艺研究

摘要 目的优选乳腺康巴布剂的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,考察粉碎度、溶剂量和提取时间对丹参酮ⅡA含量和浸膏率的影响,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮ⅡA的含量,优选最佳提取条件。结果用95%乙醇-50%乙醇-水法提取的最佳条件为:药材粉碎成40目粉,每次加12倍量溶剂,每次提取1h。结论经正交试验优化的乳腺康巴布剂提取工艺经验证,合理可行。 Objective To optimize the extracting condition for effective ingredients of Ruxiankang Cataplasmata. Methods The orthogonal test was used to choose the optimum extracting conditions. Tanshinone ⅡA and condensate rate were used as evaluating index, and tanshinone ⅡA was determined by the HPLC. Results The extraction method (95% alcohol-50% alcohol-water) with as much as twelve times of solvent for 1 h and fine medicine power (through 40 mesh sieve) was more effective. Conclusion The extracting condition optimized by orthogonal test is feasible.
