中船长兴造船基地一期工程挖入式港池工艺设计

摘要 为得到足够的岸线和确保小型船舶在码头的泊稳安全,造船基地一期工程设置挖入式港池,从而形成了建造中小型船舶的3号生产线。对挖入式港池的总体布置、船闸运行工况、下水船坞和港池以及船闸联动运行等工艺设计作了系统的介绍。 In order to ensure an adequate shoreline and berth safety of small-sized ships in the project of first-phase of Changxing Ship Building Base of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), the artificial excavated-in basin was applied. Therefore, the 3rd product line for building small-sized ships was formed. The general layout of the excavated-in basin, the load case of the lock, the launching dock and basin, and the linked operation of lock are introduced.
