摘要
中船长兴造船基地#1~#4船坞工程是国内规模最大的船坞工程,其中的#1,#2坞由于受诸多因素的影响,采用了水上深基坑围护法建造坞口。目前介绍在长江口自然条件比较恶劣的水域,利用钢板桩进行水上深基坑围护建造特大型船坞坞口的设计方案,并针对本工程区别于常规陆上深基坑工程的特点利用通用有限元软件建立数值模型,对影响水上基坑稳定性的复杂因素进行研究分析,以期为类似的船坞工程和水上基坑围护工程提供借鉴和参考。
No. 1-4 docks engineering of CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base is currently the largest scaled dock engineering of China. Considering all the conditions, the No. 1 & 2 docks were constructed by deep excavation pit in water. With the unfavorable geotechnieal condition of the Yangtze River, the design project of deep excavation pit with steel sheet-piled wall for super large dock head is presented. Other than normal one on land, a numerical model by common FEM software was built especially for deep excavation pit in water, with which the complicated factors affecting the stability of deep excavation pit in water were analyzed, hoping to serve as references for similar projects.
