摘要
中海油青岛海工基地项目是一个大型现代化海洋工程建造基地工程。场地原始地形位于浅海滩地,海相淤泥厚度达10~15 m,承载力低。而海洋工程建造基地的使用特点是大型履带吊负载行走,承载力要求高,且本工程建设方工期要求极为紧迫。根据这些特点,设计者提出回填挤淤、强夯加固的造陆方案。在短短1年内,包括造地、地基处理、码头、海工滑道等在内的一期工程建成投产,创造了良好的经济和社会效益。
The CNOOC Qingdao Maritime Base project is a significant modern maritime engineering. The site was originally coastal beach with marine silt of 10-15m thick, and the bearing capacity was quite low. The operation of the base required a high bearing capacity and the construction time was rather tight. According to the engineering feature of this project, the designer proposed the scheme of backfilling compaction and dynamic consolidation. Within one year, the first phase project composing of land formation, ground treatment, wharf and marine slipway, etc. was completed, which has brought remarkable economic and social benefits.
