川芎嗪干预BMNCs移植对MCAO小鼠血清bFGF、VEGF的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过实验研究观察川芎嗪干预骨髓单个核细胞(bone marrow mononuclear cell, BMNCs)移植对大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)小鼠血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothehal growth factor, VEGF)的影响。方法采用线栓法制作小鼠MCAO缺血再灌注模型,分离同种系小鼠的骨髓单个核细胞,尾静脉注射BMNCs于造模成功的MCAO小鼠体内,腹腔注射川芎嗪注射液进行干预,以酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定血清bFGF、VEGF水平。结果川芎嗪干预的BMNCs移植能够使血清bFGF、VEGF值增高更为显著(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪干预的BMNCs移植更能促进bFGF、VEGF的分泌,保护神经元、抑制细胞凋亡,改善缺血区脑血液供应。 Objective To observe the effect of Chuanxiong Zine in the content of blood bFGF, VEGF of MCAO in BMNCs transplantation mice by empirical study. Methods The model mice of cereral infarction were made by occluded the middle cereral artery with a nylon thread. Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) by osolated from the same homogendus mice were injected into MCAO mouse model through vena candalis. And Chuanxiong Zine injection was injected through belly cavity. The content of bFGF,VEGF of blood were detected. Result Chuanxiong Zinc injected in BMNCs transplantation mice may raise the con- tent of blood bFGF, VEGF obviously. Conclusion Chuanxiong Zine injected in BMNCs transplantation mice can increase the bFGF,VEGF' secretion obviously, protect nerve cell, inhibit apoptosis ,improve the blood current of focal cereral infarction.
