肝癌瘤苗激活的TIL在体外抗肿瘤活性的研究

A STUDY OF THE ANTI TUMOR ACTIVITY OF TIL STIMULATED BY LIVER CANCER VACCINES IN VITRO

目的：为了提高肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）的抗瘤活性。方法：使用肝癌瘤苗来激活ＴＩＬ，观察其抗瘤活性的改变。结果：经瘤苗激活的ＴＩＬ在培养扩增１０、２０、３０和４０ｄ的体外对自体肝癌细胞的杀伤率均有明显提高，其中以培养扩增３０ｄ时为最高。

Objective:To enhance the anti tumor activity of TIL Method:TIL was stimulated by liver cancer vaccines and its anti tumor activity was observed Result:The injurious rates of TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines and after cultured for 10 days,20 days,30 days and 40 days for autogenous liver cancer cells were increased obviously in vitro Among them,the stimulated TIL after cultured for 30 days showed the highest anti tumor activity Conclusion:The results indicate that the TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines possessed higher casualty function for autogenous liver cancer cells in vitro
