微生物酵素对部分肝切除大鼠肝再生的作用 被引量:5

THE EFFECT OF MICROBIAL FERMENTS ON LIVER REGENERATION IN THE PARTIALLY HEPATECTOMIZED RATS

摘要 目的观察微生物酵素能否促进大鼠部分肝切除后肝再生。方法采用大鼠部分肝切除(Partial Hepatecto-my,PH)模型[1],通过与对照组和促肝细胞生长素(Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factor,pHGF)组比较,在pH后12小时、24小时、48小时、72小时、120小时和168小时,留取相应肝组织,检测反映肝再生的指标肝再生率(Hepatic Regeneration Rate,HRR)、增殖指数(Proliferation Index,PI)和细胞增殖核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen,PCNA)。结果在pH后12小时和24小时、微生物酵素组同促肝细胞生长素组一样与对照组相比,肝再生率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);pH后12、24、72、120小时,微生物酵素组的PI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(分别为P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.05和P<0.05)。在pH后72小时和168小时PCNA出现高峰,微生物酵素组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物酵素同促肝细胞生长素一样具有早期促进肝再生的作用。 Objective The purpose of this research was to study the effect of Microbial Ferments on liver regeneration in the partially hepatectomized (PH) rats. Methods The rats were divided randomly into the control group, Microbial Ferment group and the hepatocyte growth-promoting factors group. The rats in three groups were sacrificed at 12,24,48,72,120,168 hours after 70% hepatectomy. Liver pieces were treatment according to the requirement. Hepatic regeneration rate (HRR), proliferation index (PI) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were assesses by pathology,immunohistoehemistry kit and flow cytometer. Results The HRR of Microbial Ferments group was the same higher as hepatocyte growth-promoting factors group than control group at 12,24 hours after pH(P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 05). There was statistical significance between PI of Microbial Ferments group and control group at 12, 24, 72,120 hours after pH. (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.05, respectively). The proliferating cell nuclear antigen of Microbial Ferments was higher than control group at 72 hours and 168 hours after pH ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions It was suggestion that Microbial Ferments has the same effect as hepatoeyte growth-promoting factors group on liver regeneration.
