摘要
目的:探讨大鼠端脑皮质与前额叶皮质的纤维联系。方法:用FG(荧光金)逆行追踪法对15只Wistar大鼠进行研究。结果:观察到大鼠前额叶外侧中央前区皮质广泛接受双侧内侧中央前区(Prcm)、扣带前皮质(Acd、Acv)、扣带后皮质(Pcg)、边缘前区(PL)、边缘下区(IL)、无粒型岛皮质(Ald、Alv、Alp)。第一、第二感觉运动区(S1、S2)、纹状皮质(str17、str18、str18a区)及颞叶、听区(TeAud)的纤维传入。结论:前额叶外侧中央前区是躯体感觉、内脏感觉、视觉。
Objective:To explore the afferent connections between the cerebral cortex and the prefront cortex Method: Prefront cortex lateral precentral area was studied using FG technique in 15 Wistar rat Results: The prefront cortex lateral precentral area of rat receives the afferent projections widely arising from bilateral medial precentral area(Prcm),anterior cingulat cortex(Acd, Acv), posterior cingulat cortex(Pcg), prelimbic area(PL), infralimbic area(IL), agranular insular area(Ald, Alv, Alp), sensorimotor cortex Ⅰ、Ⅱ(s 1、s 2), striate cortex area(Str17、Str18、Str18a) and temporal cortex auditory area(TeAud) Conclusion: The Prefrontal cortex area seems to be a multiple sensory convergence area receiving afferents of somatexthesia, viscerosensory, visuognosis and auditognosis
