摘要
目的:动态观察大鼠伏隔核细胞外液中多巴胺(DA)及其代谢产物3,4-二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)和高香草酸(HVA)含量变化与运动强度之间的关系。方法:训练大鼠在跑步机上步行或跑步,将微透析管埋植于左侧伏隔核。测定安静时、步行或跑步时及运动停止后持继进行时的多巴胺及其产物。数据用t检验处理。结果:步行时DOPAC和HVA较安静时增高12.09%(P<0.01)和10.98%(P<0.01),跑步时增高24.70%(P<0.01)和13.69%(P<0.05),跑步时DOPAC较步行时增高12.61%(P<0.05)。步行停止后DA、DOPAC和HVA增高38.30%、27.08%和39.06%,跑步停止后分别增高94.10%、65.02%和86.14%,较步行组显著增高。结论:提示伏隔核多巴胺的释放及代谢与运动强度有关,伏隔核在运动的调控中具有一定的作用。
Objective: We obserred the relationship between the intensity of movement and the extracellular lenels of dopamine (DA), and its metabolites, 3,4 dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA), in the rat′s nucleus accumbens (NAC). Methods: We trained rats to walk or run on a treadmill and implanted microdialysis probes into the lefe NAC.Measurements were taken at rest, during and after walking or running.The data were analysed by t test Results:①In the walking, DOPAC and HVA increased about 12 09%(P<0 01) and 10 98%(P<0 01),and in the running,they increased 24 70%(P<0 01) and 13 69%(P<0 05) respectiuely, compared with that in rest; in the running DOPAC insreased 12 61%(P<0 05) as ompared with that in wolking ;②after walking DA, DOPAC and HVA increased abond 38 30%,27 08% and 39 06%, and after running they increased abond 94 10%,65 02% and 86 14% and showed marked increase as compared with thal in walking. Conclusion: The results suggest that the release and metabolism of DA in NAC depend on the intensity of movement in rat and the NAC plays a role in the modulation of movement
