摘要
目的：探讨影响二尖瓣球囊扩张术的因素。方法：对我院１９９６年１～１２月间所行１２３例经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术病人的疗效进行逐步回归分析。结果：二尖瓣超声形态积分对术后二尖瓣口面积增加值影响最大，标准偏相关系数为－０．４６４７。以后依次为术前左房压、最大球囊直径、术前二尖瓣口面积、风湿性心脏病病史。标准偏相关系数分别为－０．３１２２、０．１３５６、－０．１２８７、－０．０７５８。结论：二尖瓣超声形态积分对二尖瓣球囊扩张术的结果影响最大。
Objective:To evaluate the factors influencing the outcome of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty Methods:Evaluating 123 patients who underwent percutaneous mitral valvuloplasty with stepwise multiple regression analysis Results:The most important factor influencing the absolute change in valve area is echocardiographic score(r=-0 464 7,P<0 01) Mean left atrial pressure,the maximum balloon diameter,mitral valve area post valvuloplasty and the disease period also influence the absolute change in valve area(r=-0 312 2,0 135 6,-0 128 7,-0 075 8 respectively) Conclusion:The echocardio graphic score is the strongest predictor of percutaneous mitral balloon valvuloplasty
