补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Clinical Study of Bushenditanhuayu Decoction on Primary Hypertension

目的观察补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将97例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组49例与对照组48例,均服用氨氯地平片,治疗组加服补肾涤痰化瘀汤;比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂、血浆黏度、肝/肾功能、心电图及中医证候等变化。结果治疗组在降压、改善临床症状及降低血脂、血浆黏度等方面均明显优于对照组。结论补肾涤痰化瘀汤对肝肾阴亏、痰瘀互结型原发性高血压患者疗效确切。

Objective： To study the effect of the Bushenditanhuayu Decoction on treating primary hypertension. Methods： 97 cases of primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 49） and control group （ n = 48） . The treatment group were given amlodipine and Bushenditanhuayu Decoction, and the control group was treated amlodipine only. The blood pressure, the blood lipid, the plasma viscosity, the liver and kidney function, the ECG and the TCM syndrome were observed before and after the treatment. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in these aspects including： lowering the blood pressure, improving the clinical symptoms, descending the blood lipid and plasma viscosity. Conclusion： The Bushenditanhuayu Decoction has obvious curative effect in primary hypertension cases of deficiency of Yin in the liver and kidney type and phlegm and blood stasis.
