摘要
针对高锰钢环锤使用过程中出现裂纹、断裂、耐磨性差等缺陷,通过改进环锤消失模铸造工艺和利用铸造余热进行节能固溶处理来提高环锤的机械性能。研究结果表明:环锤浇注后,控制铸件在1180℃出箱,经节能固溶处理,铸态的硬度为HB≥205,冲击韧性αk达197 J.cm-2,可满足产品使用性能要求。这一生产工艺大幅度缩短了生产周期,节约了生产成本,具有明显的市场竞争优势。
According to the defects of high manganese ring-hammer such as cracking, broken-down and poor wear resistance during the application, the mechanical properties of the ring-hammer have been increased with the improvement of the lost foam casting process and energy saving solution-treatment methods using the residual casting heat. The results showed that'after the casting of the ring-hammer, controlling the decorating temperature in 1 180 ℃ and followed by energy saving solution-treatment,the mechanical properties of hardness with HB≥205 and impact-toughness αk = 197 J · cm^-2 can be obtained ,which can meet the application requirements. The production cycle and capital have been reduced greatly by using this production process, even the market competition prospect is more obvious.
