^(131)I对甲状腺功能亢进症患者早期唾液溶菌酶含量及pH值的影响

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症病人经131I治疗后唾液非特异免疫功能的变化。方法:检测并比较49例病人131I治疗前和治疗后第1、3、7天唾液溶菌酶(SalivaryLysozyme,SLy)含量及唾液pH值。结果:131I治疗后第1天SLy含量开始下降,到第3天显著低于治疗前(0.01<P<0.02),到第7天恢复正常。SLy的变化在治疗剂量范围内,与131I剂量大小无关(P>0.05)。pH值治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:治疗剂量131I可引起甲状腺功能亢进症病人SLy含量的暂时性下降。 Objective:To investigate the effects of treatment with iodine 131 on the Non specific immunofunctional changes of saliva in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:Detection and comparision the content of salivary lysozyme(SLy)and the saliva pH value before and 1,3,7 days after treatment in 49 cases.With hyperthyroidism were performed.Results:The content of salivary SLy began to decrease 1 day after treatment.It was lower significantly in the third day after treatment than before(0 01<P<0 02),and returned to normal in the 7 day after treatment.These changes did not relate to the doses of Iodine 131 used(P>0 05).The saliva pH value was not different comparing before and after treatment.Conclusions:The results showed that treatment dose of iodine 131 could cause the content of SLy temporarily decrease in patients with Hyperthyroidism,but it did not relate with the doses used.
