食品添加剂在食品行业不可缺少,回顾了食品添加剂和食品营养剂在盐业上应用的状况,重点介绍了几种营养素应用于盐产品中的试验研究工作,并取得一定效果。文章着重强调了采用食品添加剂的注意事项和应遵守的法规。

The food additive is inidispensable in the food industry. We reviewed the applied status of food additives and food nutrient agents in salt industry, introduced experimental work of applying several nutrients to salt product and obtained some achievements. At last, we emphasized attentive points and rules abided of applying food additives.
