金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素临界耐药的遗传学机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(VRSA)的出现引起了临床上对治疗革兰阳性菌感染的担忧,其中中度耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(VISA)的耐药机制至今仍不清楚。在对1名患儿应用万古霉素治疗的过程中,研究人员陆续分离出多株万古霉素敏感和中度耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌,若按分离时间排列,这些菌株表现出万古霉素耐药程度的逐渐升高,而各菌株的遗传背景高度一致。
