DCFR,as the most far-reaching research project in the field of private law,tries to set up a bais not only for the CFR in the european political aspect,but also for the law-making,judicature and legal education aimed to realize the unification of european private with a down-to-up approach.The sixth book of 'Non-contratual Liability' is regarded as one of the most important model code for european tort law.
