摘要 采用MSP430FW427单片机作为热量表的核心处理器。使用SCANIF模块结合LC振荡电路实现流量的低功耗无磁测量,用内置比较器使用Σ-△技术形成一个16位的高精度AD结合PT1000铂电阻进行温度测量,流量温度信息积分后得到热量,分开检验的方式表明该测量方式误差极低,达到国家标准中关于热量表的要求。同时结合ZigBee模块实现无线抄表方案,ZigBee节点模块采用高性能微控制器CC2430无线收发模块,移植ZigBee2006协议栈。通过四个月的运行测试,结果表明该系统具有功耗低、传输准确、抗干扰性强等显著特点,具有广阔的推广价值和经济价值。 MSP430 ultra-low power 16-bit single-chip microcomputer is used as the core of heat meter. The low-power, non-magnetic measurement of flow is realized using SCANIF module and combining with LC concussion circuit. A built-in comparator and E-A technology are used to form a high accurate 16-bit A/D convertor, and com- bining with PT1000 platinum resistance the temperature is measured. The heat is obtained after the integral of flow temperature information. The test shows that the error of this measurement method is extreme low and meets the re- quirements of heat meter in the National Standard. Combining with ZigBee module to implement wireless reading me- ter program, ZigBee node module uses high-performance microcontroller module CC2430 wireless transmission mod- ule and transplants ZigBee2006 protocol stacks. Four months' running and testing is carried out, and the results show that the system has outstanding benefits of low power consumption, low transmission error rate and high anti-interfer- ence performance.
