新疆维吾尔族、汉族冠心病患者血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉病变积分的相关性研究 被引量:5

The Relationship Between Serum Bilirubin and Coronary Severity Scores in Coronary Heart Disease for Uygur and Han Patients in Xinjiang Area

摘要 目的:研究新疆维吾尔族(维族)、汉族冠心病患者血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉病变积分(CSS)的相关性研究。方法:分别将242例维族和238例汉族患者按冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,采用Gensini法计算CSS。检测空腹血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平。结果:不同性别不同年龄段的血清胆红素水平在维、汉两个民族之间差异无统计学意义;维、汉两个民族冠心病组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平明显低于其对照组(P<0.05),且随着CSS增高,总胆红素水平也降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;多因素Logistic回归分析显示随着总胆红素水平的降低,冠心病的发病风险增大(P=0.000);Pearson直线相关分析显示维族及汉族冠心病患者的血清胆红素水平与其CSS呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:维族、汉族患者的血清胆红素水平与其是否患冠心病的危险及CSS呈显著负相关。维、汉两个民族的血清胆红素水平无民族差异。 Objective :To analyze the relationship between serum bilirubin level and coronary severity scores in coronary heart disease for Uygur and Han patients in Xinjiang area, and to study the difference of serum bilirubin level between Uygur and Han nationalities. Methods:A total of 223 Uygur and 178 Han patients who suffered from chest pain were divided into Coronary heart disease group and Control group according to the results of coronary artery angiography. Coronary severity scores were calculated by Gensi- ni methods. Total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bihrubin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein levels were examined and compared respectively. Results:There were no significant differences between Uygur and Han nationalities for serum bilirubin by gender and age. The levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in Coronary heart disease group were significantly lower than Control group in either Uygur or Han nationalities ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the total bilirubin level decreased while coronary severity scores increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). Total bilimbin levels were inversely associated with the risk of coronary heart disease by multivari- ate logistic regression analysis (P = 0. 000). Linear correlation study showed that serum bilirubin levels were negatively correlated with the coronary severity scores in both Uygur and Han coronary heart disease patients(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:Serum bilirubin level had negative correlation with the risk of coronary heart disease and the coronary severity scores in Uygur and Han nationalities and there were no significant differences between Uygur and Han nationalities of serum bilirubin level in Xinjiang area.
