摘要
本文对CJ83-50kJ液压模锻锤进行了锤击前的动力分析,给出了计算锤击前锤头和锤身的加速度和速度公式,并用Matlab编写程序求解出了锤击前锤头的加速度;在碰撞过程、能量分配和打击效率的研究基础上,建立了CJ83-50kJ液压模锻锤的双自由度有阻尼振动力学模型,并采用Irahim法对液压模锻锤的物理参数进行识别;根据液压模锻锤的振动力学模型,建立了仿真模型,并在不同的打击能量下,模拟了基础振动的加速度和速度,得到了加速度和速度随时间的衰减情况,并对出现这种情况进行了分析。
Dynamical analysis of the CJ83-50kJ Hydro-pneumatic Forging Hammer before beating has been done in the text. The formulations to calculate the acceleration and velocity of the hammerhead and the hammer- body have been given out and the acceleration value of the hammerhead has been gained by using the Matlab programming method. A calculation model for CJ83-50kJ hydro-pneumatic forging hammer foundation vibration system with dual-freedom has been established on research of the process of beating, the distribution of energy and the beating efficiency. The physical parameter of the hydro-pneumatic forging hammer has been identified by use of Irahim method. The simulation model has been carried out on the basis of the vibration mechanical model of hydro-pneumatic forging hammer, and the acceleration and velocity of the foundation vibration under different beating energy have been simulated. And then, the decay of the acceleration and velocity with the time has been analyzed.
