摘要
以汽车后轮毂包零件在成形过程中所产生的起皱问题为研究对象,针对该零件采用传统矩形加强筋结构设计方法上存在的成形工艺缺陷,提出一种新的扇形加强筋结构。通过板料成形分析软件DYNAFORM对新结构方案进行数值模拟,结果显示采用扇形筋明显改善材料的流动方向,有效地控制起皱缺陷,从而验证了新结构方案的合理性和可行性。通过进一步研究不同高度和不同扇形角度下的扇形加强筋对起皱趋势的影响规律,获得了扇形筋合理的高度值5mm和扇形角45°,使其起皱部分的材料最小变薄率由-19.70%增为15.8%。最终按此在实际生产中获得了合格产品。
Taking the wrinkle in the drawing process of rear wheel bundle as research object, a new sort of sector reinforce tendon structure has been proposed on the basis of the defects of forming process in the traditional rectangle reinforce structure.And the new structure has been simulated by using DYNAFORM software, of which the results display that the new structure can improve the flowing direction of material and control the wrinkle effectively.So the new structure has been proved to be reasonable and feasible. Furthermore, kinds of angles and heights of sector reinforce tendon structure have been studied for finding the rule of producing wrinkle in drawing process. The optimized height 5ram and 45 degrees of angle have been obtained, which makes the thickness rate rise from -19.70% to 15.8%. Finally, the qualified products have been produced successfully.
