摘要 本文就伊布利特转复心房颤动心房扑动的药理学、药代动力学、临床应用及不良反应进行了综述。特别介绍了不同病理生理状况下伊布利特在转复和预防心房颤动心房扑动中的作用,供临床医生参考。
