摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定茶黄酊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)。乙腈-0.5%三乙胺溶液(21∶79磷酸调pH值至3.0)为流动相,流速:1mL/min,检测波长278nm。结果以峰面积对进样浓度线性回归,回归方程:Y=0.03142X-0.3412,线性范围22.40~201.6μg·mL-1,r=0.9999。黄芩苷回收率为97.2%;RSD为1.2%。结论本方法精密度、准确度好,操作简便,可用于茶黄酊中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Aim To develop an HPLC quantitative method for determination of baicalin in Chahuang Ding.Methods The chromatographic conditions involue Column C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-0.5% triethylamine(21∶79 adjusted to pH 3.0by phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase.The flow rete was 1mL/min and monitored at 278nm.Results The regression equation for baicalin was Y=0.031 42X-0.341 2,r=0.999 9 and the linear range was 22.40~201.6μg·mL-1.The average recovery of Catechin was 97.2%,RSD 1.2%.Conclusion This method is sensiteve,time-saving and accurate.
