浅谈高等职业教育的教学管理

教学管理是顺利完成教学各个环节的中间枢纽。而高等职业教育的教学管理又有其特殊性,面对的学生既不是中学生,也不是本科生,是需要掌握专业技能的专科生。对教学管理也有特别的要求。因此本文从这方面着手,从三个方面分析了如何实现有效教学管理,并针对本人在教学管理过程中面对的问题举例论述,详加分析,希望能对各教学管理人员在相似问题上能有启示。

Teaching management is the keystone of the successful completion of teaching. Teaching management in higher vocational education has its particularities. It deals with neither high school students nor undergraduates. It is higher vocational college students that it deals with who need to master technological skills. Therefore, teaching management towards them should be changed accordingly. In this regard, therefore, this thesis Analyzes from three aspects of teaching how to achieve effective management, and provide some instances and inspiration of problems in the course of teaching management for the staff of teaching management.
