摘要
过刊是高校教学和科研的重要情报。要提高过刊的开发与利用,必须改变传统的管理模式,完善过刊检索系统,优化过刊书库管理,加强对馆员的培训,从而更好地为高校教学科研服务。
Back issues can offer important information for college teaching and scientific research. In order to promote the development and utilization of back issues, we must make implement reform of the traditional management, better the retrieving system of back issues, perfect the management of stack rooms, and reinforce the training of librarians, so as to provide better services for college teaching and scientific research.
