广西横县窨茶后茉莉花渣化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Slag of Guangxi Hengxian Jasmine sambac

从广西横县窨制茉莉花茶后的茉莉花渣中分离出6个化合物,采用波谱方法和文献对照分别确定为二十六烷醇、β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜苷、齐墩果酸、槲皮素、芦丁。

Six compounds were isolated from the slag of Guangxi Hengxian Jasmine sambac, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. They were hexacosanol, β-sitosterol, β- daucosterol,oleanic acid,quercetin and tricin.
