摘要
分析了目前内热式流化床干燥器各种内部换热器的结构特点与其存在的弊端,并在此基础上设计出了新型指管式换热器。并依据基本的质量与热量平衡关系,推导出了内部换热器换热面积的计算方法;并对流化床干燥器其他基本参数的选择作了描述。
The structural characteristics of internal heat exchanger of internal heated fluidized bed dryer and the drawbacks are analyzed. Based on the analysis, a new type of finger heat exchanger is designed. And based on the basic balance between quantity and heat, the calculation method of the internal heat exchanger area is deduced, and how to choose the other basic parameters of the fluidized bed dryer are described.
