The ratio of import from Middle East、West African and former Soviet Union is 70%. The import region is concentrated. Under the condition of limited civil produce, we import oil largely for a long time. How to meet our oil demand? Supply source is fi rst. In order to ensure the nation’s oil supply, we take some new mode, such as changing market for energy, changing loan for oil. Sinopec and PetroChina have cooperated with Saudi Arabia、Kuwait and Russia, and made some progress.
