摘要
目的：为采取适当的措施有效控制和预防意外死亡的发生。方法：对银川市老城区１９８７年６月１日至１９９２年１２月３０日所有意外死亡进行回顾性分析。结果：意外死亡共３１９人，死亡率为２８６８／１０万，男、女性的死亡率不同，男性为３８６５／１０万，女性为１８３４／１０万。意外死亡的主要原因为机动车辆交通事故、自杀、意外中毒和溺死。结论：男性与女性主要死因有所差异，男性以机动车辆交通事故最多，其次为自杀、意外中毒、溺死及其它。女性以自杀最多，其次交通事故、意外中毒、意外跌落及其它。经显著性检验，除自杀女性高于男性，其它指标均为男性高于女性。
Objective: In order to find out the effective measures to control and prevent from accidental death. Methods: A retrospective analysis for the accidental death causes in Yinchuan city from June 1987 to December 1992 were carried out. Results: The number of accidental death was 319, the mortality was 28.68/100,000, the mortality in male was 38.65/100,000 and 18.34/100,000 in female. Conclusions: The rank order of causes of the major accidental death is automobile accident, suicide, accidental intoxication, drowning and so on. The automobile accident in male and suicide in female were on the top of each list. the suicide rate was higher statistically in female. The other causes of accidental death were tatally lower significantly in female
