摘要
模拟摩擦提升钢丝绳的使用条件,以钢丝绳表面淋水、涂防锈油、淋水与涂油混合,以及淋水、涂油加上煤粉4种边界介质条件对钢丝绳与衬垫的摩擦系数特性进行了实验。
Simulating the operating conditions of hoisting rope, the friction coefficient between the rope and liners in frictional winder are experimental investigated under four conditions of rope surface, which are spray water, coated grease, both spray water and coated greaser also spray water and coated grease together with coal ash.
