摘要
目的了解我县农村医疗机构消毒工作质量,为以后工作提供科学依据。方法按中华人民共和国国家标准GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》及《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)中规定的方法进行采样、检测和评价。结果对我县30家乡(镇)、村医疗机构共监测消毒样品909份,合格率为82.83%,未检出致病性微生物。结论乡(镇)医疗机构消毒合格率稍好于村卫生所。村医疗机构消毒监测合格率较低,其主要原因是乡镇医院和村卫生所门诊房屋小、患者多、空气污染严重,其次消毒管理制度不健全,消毒意识淡薄,消毒设施陈旧落后。
Objective To understand the condition of disinfection for medical institution in grass-roots of Jinxiang County and to provide a scientific basis for further work. Methods Medical institutions in grass-roots were monitored according to GB Ⅰ 5982-1995《The Standard of Disinfection for Hospital》 and 《The Criterion of Disinfection Base》（ Ministry of Health-2002）. Results The qualified rate of air-indoor,surface, hands of medical staff, ultraviolet lamp, products sterilized, thimerosal in use were 67.03%, 79.12%, 71.25%, 97.50%, 100.00%, 100.00% respectively. Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection for medical institution in grass-roots was low and the major causes were the weak consciousness, incomplete establishment and the nonstandard procedure for disinfection.
