腔镜下小切口甲状腺手术与开放手术的分析

Analysis of Opened Operation and Small Cut Thyroid Gland Operation under Cavity Len

目的比较开放手术与腔镜下甲状腺手术方式的临床效果。方法小切口径路,借助外牵吊技术建立无气工作腔室,以高频超声刀剪作为主要操作器械,辅以特选吸引剥离器等,对42例甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿等病人实施内窥镜下手术。另外选择50例行开放手术的患者进行对比分析。结果40例小切口手术成功,2例因甲状腺癌合并局部淋巴结转移转为开放手术,另外50例患者的开放手术亦成功,但是3例并发喉返神经损伤。结论腔镜下甲状腺手术是安全可靠的方法,既可达到微创的目的,又具有一定的美容效果。

Objective To explore the preventive experiences and effect about feasibility and complication of thyroid operation under cavitylen. Methods To build no air cavity by pulling and hanging skill with small cut;to use high frequency ultrasonic wave knife as main operation appliance andspeeifie sunetion dissector as well; Having operations by endoscope on 42 thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter patients. Another 50 patients were treated with comman operation. Results Forty eases with small cut thyroid gland operation was success. Conclusion Thyroid operation by using cavity len is a safe and reliable method. It not only a minimally invasive surgery but also has cosmetic effect.
