5329例应征青年HBsAg携带率调查

The investigation of HBsAg carrier rate of 5329 recruit youths

目的了解徐州市区应征青年HBsAg的携带率情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验技术,用两种不同的试剂分别进行检测。结果四年里共有5329人参加体检,阳性率为2.12%～3.16%,各年度之间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总阳性率为2.55%。结论徐州市区应征青年的HBsAg携带率大大低于一般人群。

Objective To understand the HBsAg carrier rate of recruit youth in Xuzhou urban. Methods Two different reagents were used to detect blood samples by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology. Results There are 5329 persons taking part in medical examinations in four years, in which the positive rate was 2.12% - 3.16%, and there no difference among each year（P〉 0.05）, and the total positive rate was 2.55%. Conclusion The HBsAg carrier rate of recruit youth in Xuzhou urban is much lower than the general population＇ s.
