摘要
目的探讨α-细辛脑注射液治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将80例毛细支气管炎的患儿随机分为两组。两组均给予综合治疗,治疗组42例加用α-细辛脑静脉点滴0.5mg(/kg·次),2次/d。结果治疗组在症状、体征的消失及治愈天数上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细辛脑治疗毛细支气管炎有显著疗效,而且安全。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of α-asarone injection in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis. Methods 80 cases of bronchiolitis were divided randomly into 2 groups. Both groups were treated with traditional therapy. Treatment group （ n = 42） were treated with α-asarone injection 0.5mg/kg two times per day. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on the du- ration of hospitalization, disappear time of pulmonary tale and grunting（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Asarone israther efective and safe in treatment of bronchiolitis.
