分析了国内学术界对区域科技政策研究的现状,探讨了湖北省科技政策的制定情况,结合湖北省实际,提出了制定有效政策法规,加强引导,利用自身科研力量优势,推动高新技术产业发展,缩小与国内发达地区经济差距的科技政策思路与建议。

The paper analyzes the situation of the internal academic circles on the regional science and technology policy , and discusses the condition of drawing up the science and technology policy in Hubei province, the frame constitution of the science anti technology policy is brought up in the end according to the actuality of Hubei province. To construct the framework of the science and technology policy, we should draw up the effective policy and laws, strengthen guidance, use the advantageous position of our scientific research force, pull the high-technology industry going, reduce the economy distance to the internal developed regions.
