Collaborative innovation is an important way for company to acquire intellectual property. In collaborative innovation, it is inevitable to transfer tacit knowledge, which makes intellectual property risks more obviously. Therefore ,the article explores intellectual property risks in tacit knowledge transferring based on collaborative innovation from the views of knowledge senders by subject and object, and provides some controlling countermeasures at last.
