摘要
从计划经济走向市场经济,地勘单位的人力资源管理存在着一些现实的问题,文章在详细研究人力资源管理现状的基础上,提出地勘单位只有建立与市场经济相适应的开放型人力资源管理新模式,加大职工培训力度,实行量化考核,深化薪酬制度改革,打破平均主义,才能为地勘经济持续、快速发展提供人力资源保证。
