浅谈高职学生创业意识与创业精神的培养

高职院校培养具有创新意识和创业精神的技能型、创业型人才,既是时代的要求与呼唤,更是高职院校实施好毕业生就业"一把手工程"、履行好办学的三大职能的必由之路。为此,高职院校的领导、教师要加深对创业意识和创业精神的理解,明白培养学生创业意识和创业精神的现实意义,掌握好培养学生创业意识与创业精神的举措,从而引导学生转变择业观念,增强自主创业意识,激发其敢做敢为的创业激情,为毕业后自主创业奠定坚实基础。
