“双面族”的现状研究

Study on present situation of two-sided group

文章着重研究了当前大学校园里存在的一个特殊群体,他们在校期间是校园的精英人物,积极参与校园的业余生活和主流校园文化,有着极强的表达能力和组织能力,是师生眼中的"校园精英",但出校门以后,在校外实习、就业乃至创业领域却无所建树,落后于社会,导致最终的没落。文章从调研出发,研究解析了这一类学生的特征、成因,提出了3个方面的具有建设性意义的合理化建议。

This article is focused on the current campus of the university of the existence of a special group, they are on campus during the school, active participation in campus life and the mainstream amateur campus culture, have strong communication skills and organizational capacity, in the eyes of teachers and students the elite they are the ＂campus elite＂, but after graduating from school internships, employment and the business done by the field not behind in society, leading to their ultimate decline. The study analyzed the characteristics of this category of students, the causes of three aspects of the rationalization of constructive recommendations .
