Reform and Exploration of Experimental Teaching System in Civil Engineering

阐述了地方综合性大学土木工程实验教学滞后于形势发展的问题,建立了"一个核心,三个层次,四个平台,五个模块"的实验教学体系,以培养学生实践能力和创新精神为核心,构建开放实验室、大学生创新训练、产学研结合、"工学交替"校企合作四个平台,将传统"三基"知识培养转变为基本型实验、综合设计型实验和研究创新型实验的"三层次"能力培养模式。在创新人才培养、师资队伍建设、产学研结合等方面取得了较好成效,形成了鲜明的地方综合性高校土木工程实验教学特色。

The problem hinders civil engineering experimental teaching in local comprehensive university is discussed. An experimental teaching system called ＂one key object, three levels, four platforms, five modules＂ is put forward. The key object is to train students＇ practical ability and creative spirits. The four platforms including open laboratory, innovation training, university-industry cooperation and alternation of working and learning are built. The traditional training pattern is changed into a ＂three levels＂ pattern which includes basic type, integrated and designed type and research innovation type. The experimental teaching system possesses feature of local comprehensive university and achieves in innovative talent training, construction of teaching staff and university-industry cooperation.
