摘要
成功制备了一种烟用草果酊剂,并确定了最佳制备工艺,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析化学成分,并探讨了该酊剂在卷烟中的应用。结果表明,草果粉碎(过20目筛),用50%乙醇,物料比为1:10,浸提15d效果最佳。其主要成分为1,8-桉树脑、对伞花烃、柠檬醛、α-松油醇、橙花叔醇等。卷烟加料实验证明,草果酊剂是一种稳定性较好的天然香原料。
A tincture ofAmomum Tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire was successfully prepared and the optimum conditions for the tincture were investigated. The chemical components were identified by GC/MS, and its applications in cigarettes were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extraction of the tincture were crushed, and then extracted 15 days by using 50% ethanol with the ratio of 1:10. By GC / MS analysis, The major chemical components, including 1, 8-Cineole, Para-cymene, Z-Citral, h-Cedrol, Nerolidol were determined. The results of the experiment with the tincture of Amomum Tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire as cigarette flavor showed that the tincture ofAmomum Tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire was a good natural tobacco flavor.
