摘要
依靠土地流转实现烟叶规模化种植是发展现代烟草农业的前提性工作,而土地股份合作制是实现烟地集约化的有效措施。本文阐述了土地股份合作制的内涵和基本特征,分析了当前生产条件下发展烟叶土地股份合作制的可行性,并提出了构建烟叶土地股份合作制的主要措施。
Rural land joint-stock cooperation system is effective to land centralization, which is the precondition of modem tobacco agriculture development. The connotation and characteristics of rural land joint-stock cooperation system were explained, and the feasibility on developing rural land joint-stock cooperation system under current production condition were investigated in this study. Some suggestions were put forward on the development of rural land joint-stock cooperation system in tobacco leaf production.
