S50MC船用柴油机曲轴颈-轴瓦磨合磨损的模拟试验研究

摘要 采用环-盘摩擦磨损试验机进行SSOMC型船用柴油机曲轴颈-轴瓦材料配副磨合磨损试验,通过对摩擦系数、磨损失重量及磨损表面形貌的分析,研究了不同轴向载荷对AlSn40合金轴瓦磨合磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在不同轴向载荷下,AlSn40合金轴瓦磨合性能存在一定差异。当试验载荷小于40N或大于60N时,其磨合磨损性能均较差;当试验载荷在40~60N时,其磨合磨损性能最佳。研究表明,AlSn40合金轴瓦在中等轴向载荷下可获得良好的磨合磨损性能。 The running - in wear test for materials of crankshaft journal against bearing shell of S50MC marine diesel engine has been conducted by a ring - on - disc tester in this paper. The effect of performance of running - in wear for AlSn40 alloy bearing shell under different axial loads has been studied by the complicated analysis of friction coefficient, wear loss, and surface roughness. There were the certain differences in running - in wear prop- erties of AlSn40 alloy bearing shell under different axial loads. When the test load was less than 40 N or more than 60 N, its running in wear properties were poor. When the test load in 40 -60 N, its running in wear properties were best. Therefore, AlSn40 alloy bearing shell will obtain a good running - in wear properties in the middle axial load.
