黄喉拟水龟致病菌——松鼠葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:19

摘要 从患病的黄喉拟水龟Mauremys mutica肝、肾中分离得到一株革兰氏阳性菌株,经人工感染试验证实,该菌为致病菌。对该菌的生理生化指标进行了分析,结果表明:该菌具有氧化酶、触酶、葡萄糖呈阳性,凝固酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、密二糖呈阴性,M—R为阳性,VP反应为阴性等特征,与报道的松鼠葡萄球菌特征一致。采用BIOLOG自动微生物鉴定系统对该菌进行鉴定,将适当浊度的细菌悬液接种GP2板条培养16—24h后读出结果,并将结果输入计算机,经Biolog Microlog24.2软件分析鉴定,结果显示为松鼠葡萄球菌Staphylococcus sciuri,可能性为99%,相似性和位距分别为0.913和1.30。结合形态和生理生化特点,将其鉴定为松鼠葡萄球菌。纸片扩散法药敏试验结果表明,该菌仅对头孢拉定和阿米卡星敏感,对头孢哌酮中度敏感,对其他抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药性。 A Gram - positive bacterium was isolated from the liver and kidney of the diseased turtle Mauremys mutica Cantor. Artificial infection proved that the bacterium showed the pathogen of the disease. Physiological and biochemical characteristics of the bacterium showed oxidase - positive, catalase - positive, glucose - positive, M - R - positive, coagulase - negative, orinithine decarboxylase - negative, melibiose - negative and VP - negative, which completely matched to all of the reference Staphylococcus sciuri strain reported. BIOLOG automatic microbiological assay system was used to identify the bacterium by analyzing with Biolog Microlog2 4.2 software, and the bacterium cultured 16 -24 h in GP2 plate was identified as S. sciuri with 99% probability, while similarity and distance were 0. 913 and 1.30. According to morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics and BIOLOG identification, the isolated strain was identified as S. sciuri. The antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the bacterium was sensitive to cefradine and amikacin, medium sensitive to cefoperazone and was extensively drugs -resistance to other drugs used in this study.
