环境因子对3种微生态制剂净化总氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮作用的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了不同盐度、pH和温度条件下荚膜红假单胞菌Rhodopseudomonas capsulata C12、枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis及假丝酵母菌Candida sp.对高浓度总氨氮(9~10mg/L)和亚硝酸盐氮(1~2mg/L)净化作用的影响。结果表明:荚膜红假单胞菌C12可在盐度为0~40、pH为7~9、温度为25—37℃条件下的淡水、海水养殖中发挥高效净化亚硝酸盐氮的作用;枯草芽孢杆菌较适宜在盐度为0~20、pH为5.5-8.5、温度为20-57℃条件下的水体中发挥净化总氨氮的作用;而假丝酵母菌净化总氨氮的较适宜条件为淡水、pH5.5~7.0、温度20~30℃。 The effects of different salinity, pH, and temperature on purification of NH3 - N(9 - 10 mg/L) and NO2 -N( 1 -2 mg/L) by the C12(Rhodopseudomonas capsulata),Bacillus subtilis and Candida sp. were studied. The C12 was found to have good purification of the water in aquaculture at salinity of 0 -40, pH 7 -9, and water temperature of 25 -37 ℃. The suitable conditions for Bacillus subtilis to eliminate NH3 -N were as the following: a salinity of 0 - 20, pH 5.5 - 8.5, and 20 - 37 ℃ and the good purification by Candida sp. was observed in the freshwater with pH 5.5 - 7.0, and 20 - 30 ℃.
