摘要
钨极氩弧焊是现代工业制造中一种十分重要的焊接方式,为改善不锈钢薄板的焊接质量,进行了不同的钨级形状氩弧焊试验研究。试验结果表明,平顶锥端头钨极焊接工艺容易实现单面焊双面成形,可有效减小焊接热影响区,保证良好的力学性能和外观质量。
TIG welding is an important welding process in modem manufacturing. To improve the welding quality of the stainless steel sheet, the argon arc welding with different tungsten electrode shape was experimentalized. The results show that, it is easy to obtain one side welding both sides formation by the contrate end tungsten electrode welding procedure, it not only effectively decrease welding heat-affected zone, but also assure good mechanical property and presentation quality.
