摘要
分析了1~15mm不锈渣钢的粒度及成分含量,并对1~15mm不锈渣钢的90t电炉利用工艺进行开发与研究。通过生产试验证明,电炉配加1~15mm不锈渣钢不超过3t,对冶炼影响小,镍收得率高(采用在电炉底部配加工艺镍收得率可达到96%以上),还可以节约金属料、造渣剂、还原剂的消耗,使每炉钢成本降低7000余元,吨钢成本降低100元,证明工艺可行。
Physical and chemical properties of 1-15 mm stainless slag steel were analyzed. Through researching of application of 1-15 mm stainless slag steel in electric furnace, application technology was developed. Production tests proved that this technology made production cost of stainless steel reduce, and made small influence on smelt. By applying this technology, comprehensive utilization was realized and circular economy of stainless steel production was developed.
