摘要
针对炼钢AOD炉氧枪升降系统事故频繁现象,进行了分析,并介绍了变频器替代原系统的接触器控制,以及改造后氧枪变频控制原理图、控制系统流程图和氧枪运行轨迹图。系统投入使用后,运行效果良好,经济效益显著提高。
The troubles of AOD oxygen lance lift system have been analyzed, and the frequency transformer control instead of the contactor control, the oxygen frequency transformer control schematic and control system flow chart and oxygen lance running trajectory were introduced. After the system running the effect is very good, the economy benefit is raised.
