摘要
目的了解缺血预处理(IP)对小肠缺血的作用。方法在不同缺血预处理的大鼠模型上,观察缺血再灌注后肠组织腺苷酸含量和肠粘膜损伤情况。结果 IP1组(预处理:10分钟缺血15分钟再灌注)和IP2组(3分钟缺血5分钟再灌接以7分钟10分钟再灌)小肠的ATP和总腺苷酸含量较对照组明显增高,肠粘膜损伤亦明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论 IP1和IP2组的缺血预处理对小肠缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To assess the effects of ischemic preconditioning (IP) on small intestinal ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods The contents of adenine nucleotides in the rat small intestine and mucosal lesion after ischemia/reperfusion were measured in the rat model with different kinds of IP. Results The small intestinal ATP and total adenine nucleotides contents in IP1 group (IP: ischemia for 10 min, followed reperfusion for 15 man) and IP2 group (ischemia for 3 man and reperfusion for 5 min followed by 7 man schemia and 10min reperfusion) were significantly increased as compared with those of control group (P<0.05), and the intestinal mucosal lesion was also alleviated (P<0.05). Conclusion The IP might have a certain protective effect on small intestinal isehemia/reperfusion injury.
