摘要
目的 观察补肾密骨液对体外培养新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞增殖的影响。方法 实验药物与新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞共同培养3天后,分别采用噻唑蓝比色分析法和^3H-胸腺嘧啶苷掺入法两种手段,检测成骨细胞的增殖情况。结果 补肾密骨液呈剂量依赖的方式促进成骨细胞的增殖,10mg/L的补肾密骨液便可明显地促进成骨细胞的增殖,在10 ̄1000mg/L的浓度范围内,其促进作用随浓度的升高而增加。
Objective To observe the effects of Bu Shen Mi Gu Ye (BSMGY) on proliferation of calvariae osteoblastic cells in new born mouse. Methods The isolated bone cells were obtained from new born mouse calvariae. BSMGY or saldomon calcitonin at different concentrations were added into the cultural medium containing new born mouse calvariae osteoblastic cells and incubated for 3 days. The proliferation of osteoblastic cells was tested by both calorimetric MTT and H thymidine incorporation assay. Results BSMGY promoted the proliferation of new born mouse calvariae osteoblastic cells in a dose-dependent manner, but saldmon calcitonin had no effects on the proliferation of osteoblastic cells. Conclusion BSMGY might directly promote the bone formation in vivo.
