摘要 介绍了氧气顶吹熔融还原技术的工艺、设备和氧枪在反应中最佳喷溅效果的模拟;此工艺采用浸入式水冷喷枪把富氧空气直接喷吹到渣层中来加强对熔池的搅拌,强化传热传质.通过用昆钢提供的原料初步试验,得到了与传统高炉品质相当的优质铁水.该工艺可以使用传统高炉无法使用的高磷铁矿石作为炼铁原料,且能冶炼出含磷降低的铁水,脱磷也是这种工艺的特点之一. This paper introduces the top - blown oxygen smelting reduction process, equipment and best effect of the simulation about injection gun in the splash. This technique sprays oxygen -enriched air into the slag layer by the water - cooled injection gun directly in order to enhance the molten bath of stir and to strengthen heat and mass transfer. Through preliminary tests about the raw materials provided by Kunming Iron and Steel Company, hot metal identical with that of the traditional blast furnace is obtained. This process can also use high - phosphorus iron ore as raw materials and reduce the phosphorus out of the hot metal. Dephosphorization is one of the characteristics of this process.
